X Bats' Terms & Conditions — In Full Bengali

X Bats (xbats.app) is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform based in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between X Bats and all its members. By registering or using the X Bats platform, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms in full.

X Bats' Terms and Conditions apply equally to all members. If you use the platform without reading or understanding these terms, X Bats will not be held responsible for any issues that arise. Please read them carefully before registering.

X Bats reserves the right to change, revise, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To open an account with X Bats, the following conditions must be met. Failure to meet any one of these conditions will render the registration invalid, and X Bats reserves the right to close any account already opened in violation.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• Each person may only create one account.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential at all times.
• Transferring or sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• A valid phone number and email address are required to register.

After registration, X Bats may request a National ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate to verify your identity. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

These rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on X Bats. Under X Bats' terms and conditions, once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed.

• Your account must have sufficient balance before placing a bet.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — though you may use the cash-out feature if available.
• Bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error may be voided.
• Placing bets on the same match using multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software is strictly prohibited.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information is illegal and subject to penalties.

X Bats uses data from internationally recognised sports data providers to determine results. If a match is cancelled, postponed, or concludes outside the scheduled time, the outcome of any related bets will be determined in accordance with X Bats' rules.

In parlay betting (combining multiple selections), all selections must be correct to win. If any single selection is wrong, the entire parlay bet is lost. However, if one leg is voided, it will be excluded and the remaining selections will determine the outcome.

Deposits and withdrawals on X Bats are fully secure. In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, all financial transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted channels.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (bKash/Nagad/Rocket)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳300
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳50,000 (Standard Members) / ৳2,00,000 (VIP Members)
• Processing Time: bKash/Nagad: 5–15 minutes on average; bank transfers: 1–3 business days.
• The deposit and withdrawal method must be the same (deposits and withdrawals must use the same bKash number).
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

X Bats does not charge any transaction fees; however, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank) may apply their own charges. Any such charges are the member's responsibility.

X Bats offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. All bonuses are provided under X Bats's Terms & Conditions and are subject to specific qualifying criteria.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Available to new members only, once per account.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered at least 10x (ten times) before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses not used within 30 days of being issued will be automatically cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to place bets at odds below 1.5.
• Claiming bonuses multiple times using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another member.

If X Bats detects suspected bonus abuse, it reserves the right to withdraw the bonus from the account in question and conduct an investigation. X Bats's decision is final in all bonus-related disputes.

X Bats reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances. Violation of X Bats' terms and conditions is the primary reason.

• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or commit bonus fraud.
• Using bots or automated software.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Threatening or harassing X Bats staff or members.

• Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.

• If any provision is found to be legally invalid, the remaining terms will continue in full force and effect.
